New Hire Spotlight! David Powell started in April as a Sales and Marketing Representative. “I was born in Portsmouth, VA and I attended Tidewater Community College and Norfolk State University. I used to work for a local home improvement company going door-to-door for almost 5 years. I also sold security systems for ADT, and I worked in pest control for nearly 4 years. When I am not working, I enjoy weightlifting. I wanted to join SERVPRO of Chesapeake because of the structure, teamwork, and brand recognition. Since starting with SERVPRO of Chesapeake, I’ve enjoyed the freedom to build relationships with my fellow community members and have had great support from the SERVPRO of Chesapeake team to support those relationships. What I’m looking forward to the most is growing in my role and adding to my Franchise’s bottom line on a consistent basis.
