Team Building

Strong teams are important in businesses of all sizes. Why might you ask? The purpose of creating a strong team is to provide a foundation that will continue to increase the ability of employees to participate in planning, problem-solving, and decision-making to better serve our customers.

Here at SERVPRO of Chesapeake North, we work hard to encourage collaboration with our employees and work as ONE TEAM.  One way of doing that is team building. Team building creates a strong team through forming bonds and connections. One way to create a bond is Axe Throwing. Yes, you heard that right. We went out with a few of our employees across different departments to an Axe Throwing Range! We wanted to do something with people on our team that was new and have never done before. This outing was the perfect way for our employees to see each other in a different light and get to know each other a little more. Our goal for this activity was to make our employees feel valued and have a little fun!
